When it comes to refillable vaporizer tanks, leaking is unavoidable. When you realize that they have openings for air to enter and holes for vapor to escape, it is really amazing that they actually execute their jobs effectively most of the time.

However, there are situations when a vaporizer tank falls short of expectations. While there is absolutely nothing you can do to stop a vaporizer tank from leaking completely, there are approaches to reduce the likelihood of it happening significantly.

The first step is to ensure that the parts are correctly assembled. A vacuum builds within the glass container when a tank has a watertight seal. Otherwise, leaking occurs when a tank does not have a tight seal.

Using the proper e-juice will also aid in preventing leaks. Every e-cigarette device is designed to work with e-juice with a specific PG and VG percentage. What many vapers do not realize is that an e-liquid with a high propylene glycol content will tend to seep through the tank’s air intake valves.
